Updated Constraint to Disallow Special Characters (%, $)

With upcoming restrictions on Compensation fields in the MLS, several MLSs want to prevent members from using the Remarks field to convey offers of compensation by disallowing the dollar sign ($) and percent sign (%) from these fields. Previously, constraints only disallowed these characters when they appeared alone, with spaces on both sides (ex: 2.7% would be allowed while 2.7 % would not). Now, we have made it so these characters, and any other special characters, can be completely disallowed from any text field. To add constraints to a text field, navigate to the Menu in Flexmls > Constraints > Property Type > Add Constraint > Disallow Special Characters.
