Can I only display my listings?

If you would like to, yes. Most IDX Products, including those from FBS Products/Flexmls, allow you to apply filtering criteria to IDX searches or links that you display on your website. For a Flexmls IDX solution, all you need to do is apply a filter showing only your own listings. Generally, if you are providing a home search for your website visitors, they will expect to be able to search all the homes on the market, not just yours. However, you can provide both links on your site and we recommend ensuring that whatever filters you have applied to the data are clear to your visitors.
