I am the Principal Broker, can I opt to display only my exclusive office listings? Can I add listings manually directly to the website or all these must come as a feed from the MLS?

Yes, you can display only your office listings if you wish. See the question “Can I only display my listings?” There is no requirement to show all listings in the MLS if you obtain a data feed. You can also add your own listings, manually, directly to your website but we do not recommend it as this data can be time consuming to update as property statuses change. If you wish to add the listings of other agents or brokers to your website manually and are not using an IDX feed from the MLS, then you will need to obtain separate agreements from those agents and/or brokers in order to do so.
